It's been a wild ride since we began the journey in 2018. With well over 60+ events under our belt ranging from weddings to corporate events, it's no surprise that we've talked to hundreds of clients looking for quotes on our mobile bar trucks and bartending services.
We've found that there are a few things that a lot of people don't know or have misconceptions about with The Wheeled Brew mobile bar:
We don't keep a menu.
That's right, we're crazy. Breweries, distilleries, cideries and wineries across the province all have seasonal and rotating menus of beverages that constantly change, it would be madness to try and update a menu daily. The positive? You have freedom of choice when buying alcohol and we will serve it! We will help though consulting on how much you might need, styles to pair with food, and other fun shenanigans.
We love to support local.
Right now more than ever, small businesses need us, and adding amazing quality product from local beverage manufacturers to your wedding or event bar is the way to help! We can help with suggestions but it is also fun to consider building an interactive menu that helps your guests learn about you: Brewery in the town you first met, beer you had for the first time together, and even signature drinks featuring local ingredients!
We don't do just craft beer, but wine, cider, and mixed drinks
...and we can pour them all regularly as well, it doesn't all have to be kegs. Our bar crew frequently pours liquor and wine traditionally out of the bottle!
Our mobile bars will go all over Ontario!
Have event will travel! We've been all over the province from performing corporate galas in London, Ontario, to cottage weddings past the Muskoka's, to church weddings in Ottawa; Count us in.
We book very quickly.
With the recent pandemic stifling events in 2020, 2021 & 2022's wedding seasons are looking to be the busiest the industry has ever seen. We've even started taking 2023 quotes. We book up about a year and a half in advance with select dates still available!
We can do amazingly unique wedding & event bartending experiences for under 25 people or over 200 (when restrictions lift!)
Smaller crowd? Our mobile bar & bartending service can bring several experiences right to you such as: guest beer tastings & flights, lawn games, pub trivia & wedding guest quizzes, live acoustic performers in the back of the truck, and a growler & beer gifts!
