From our taps we can serve beer, cider, red and white wine/sprakling, and cocktails. We can also operate a full bar rail and mixed drinks to complete a full top to bottom bar experience! We can use traditional bottles and cans as well! Ask us should you have any special request!

The Wheeled Brew is based in Paris, Ontario and operates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and across Southern Ontario. The average wedding reception bar services costs $1975 (without alcohol), but packages fluctuate depending on requirements and requests. Please contact us for exact estimates! All packages include amazing certified bartenders, a rustic bar station, and decor, along with eco drinkware, napkins, cocktail straws and non-alocholic mixers!

Our mobile bars go whereever they can fit (indoors and out) and our team goes whereever you need! We've been to venues all over the province that already feature indoor bars, which our team can also utilize. We're flexible and our only goal is to make sure that you get the bar you envisioned!

Absolutely not! We have the ability to run the entire bar, and can offer lots of draft and non draft options. We aren't limited by the brand, and can utilize your favourites to build the beverage menu of your dreams!

We do not provide the alcohol but will gladly discuss ways for you to acquire your menu items, so pickups are seamless!

While we wait for various municipal government to allow craft beer trucks in the park and on street corners, we will do what we love and can: Weddings, private events (Bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties), corporate functions, fundraisers, concerts, private venue experiential marketing, and local festival beer gardens! NOTE: The client (that’s your awesome self!) is responsible for acquiring a Special Events/Occasion Permit & alcohol through the AGCO and licensed entities. Our units mobility allows us to get into many spaces, but for safety and proper setup reasons, we would love proper space (see dimensions). An ideal setting needs flat, dry ground for proper service and safety! If power is available, it is always a bonus as some of our decor package extras require power. If you're unsure, feel free to connect us with your planner or the venue! We can also provide a generator if need be!

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 30% (of total service cost). We are booking for 2021!

Yes! We carry a $2 Million Commercial General Liability policy and Party Alcohol Liability policy, in combination with Smart Serve certified bartenders!

We book up 12 months+ in advance of a season because of the uniqueness of our service. To avoid dissapointment, please reach out early to secure your mobile bar!
