  • Do you only go outdoors?
Our mobile bars go whereever they can fit (indoors and out) and our team goes whereever you need! We've been to venues all over the province that already feature indoor bars, which our team can also utilize. We're flexible and our only goal is to make sure that you get the bar you envisioned!
  • Do you only serve beer?
Absolutely not! We have the ability to run the entire bar with your supplied beer to wine and liquor. We aren't limited by the brands you select, and can utilize your favourite to build the beverage menu of your dreams!
  • Do you provide the alcohol?
We do not provide the alcohol but will gladly consult on how much you will need, menu choices, and what works best for your guests!
  • Is this even legal?
While we wait for various municipal government to allow craft beer trucks in the park and on street corners, we will do what we love and can: Weddings, private events (Bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties), corporate functions, fundraisers, concerts, private venue experiential marketing, and local festival beer gardens! NOTE: The client (that’s your awesome self!) is responsible for acquiring a Special Events/Occasion Permit & alcohol through the AGCO and licensed entities. We can help walk you through what is needed for the (online) paperwork and any questions! The SOP can be applied for online by clicking here.
  • What are the dimensions of Howard,Hank, and Willie your mobile bar & tap trucks?"
Howard the 1940 Ford Panel Truck is approximately 19’ long, 5.5’ wide and is a powerful 6’ high. Any indoor venue requires adequate entry and exit clearance to get Howard into the venue! Hank carries similar dimensions! Our usual setup carries a 10' x 20' footprint!
  • What other requirements do you have?
Howard’s mobility allows us to get into many spaces, but for safety and proper setup reasons, we would love proper space (see dimensions). Howard does not do stairs, and needs flat, dry ground for proper service and safety! If power is available, it is always a bonus as some of our decor package extras require power. If you're unsure, feel free to connect us with your planner or the venue! We can also provide a generator if need be! 50 KM of travel is included in each package with anything over that being charged at $0.75/km.
